1. Tap Start
2. Tap Settings
3. Tap Connections
4. Tap Bluetooth
5. Ensure Blutooth is turned On
6. Ensure the BT3030 is turned Off
7. Press and hold the Answer button until you have a solid blue LED
8. Tap Bluetooth Manager
9. Tap New
10. Tap High Quality Audio setup
